Harty has more than 24 years of experience in digital advertising.Harty established Accuen, a programmatic advertising trading platform for OMG in 2011. In 2015, Harty established the advertising company, The Trade Desk. In 2019, Harty returned to the industry as Vice President of Digital Asia Pacific of Fox International Channels. In 2021, Harty established a new company under the name SOLV Technology, focusing on providing mass communication tools for police and other government organizations.
With more than 20 years of digital marketing experience, Bjørge was listed in the "Digital A-List China" Hall of Fame in both 2015 and 2017; Bjørge has served with key positions in OMG's TBWA Asia, PHD Greater China, Proximity BBDO and Tribal DDB Norway, and OgilvyOne Shanghai. Bjørge is currently serving as an Managing Partner at The Scale Factory, a business consulting firm designed to support technology companies expanding their business in Asia.
