Strategy Executive/Manager/Director


1. Develop media strategy based on client’s needs, able to present proposal independently 
2Responsible for client 's implementation plan and schedule, keep track and follow up progress of client projects, and ensure the projects run smoothly during the implementation period ;
3Cooperate with the adops team to ensure the smooth progress of projects, and support adops team to complete the campaign delivery, etc.;
4Prepare brand building campaign based on brand’s characteristics, including competitor analysis, media strategy and media implementation plan;
5Support account manager to complete project planning, budget estimation, proposal, and implementation, driving and ensuring smooth progress of each project;
6With capabilities of full funnel planning, experience of brand building, and skills of presentation
7Evaluate and analyze media’s effectiveness, improve media investment ROI, continue optimizing media mix and exploring new media cooperation ;
8Collect information on various advertising platforms, participate in and host internal training and sharing;
9Collect and analyze relevant media information to keep abreast of media trends;


1. Minimum 2-3 years’ media planning experience in advertising companies, familiar with the requirements and related knowledge of various workflows ; 
2. Ability to complete the planning of media strategies independently based on client’s needs; capabilities of completing media strategy planning independently based on client’s needs
3. Familiar with global or Chinese Internet and social media environment, and passionate with brand building and social marketing;
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills – necessary to be fluent in English.
5. Strong learning ability, with logical and analytical thinking;
6. Team spirit, and able to withstand work pressure;
7. Profound knowledge with mainstream mega media platforms like Amazon,ebay ,Facebook and Google is a plus;
