Operation Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation and docking of overseas advertising platforms, help clients to build, manage and launch accounts on different overseas platforms according to the promotion products and promotion objectives; Responsible for the operation and integration of overseas advertising platforms, help clients to build, manage and launch accounts on different overseas platforms according to the brand and product marketing objectives; 
2. Responsible for the implementation of the delivery plan, including budget and cost control, effect optimization, etc., ensuring the final delivery effect of clients; Responsible for the implementation of the plan delivery, including budget and cost control, performance optimization, etc., ensuring the final results are achieved as planned for clients;
3. Responsible for the mining and analysis of the advertising data, adjust and optimize the advertising effects in time through the analysis of traffic, strategy, crowd and materials, providing clients with data insights on the advertising strategy and new marketing opportunities; Responsible for the mining and analysis of the advertising campaign data, adjust and optimize the advertising campaign set up in time through the performance analysis of traffic, strategy, audience groups and assets, providing clients with data insights on the strategy and new marketing opportunities;
4. Communicate with clients, collect and understand the daily needs, explain to clients the campaign performance and next step suggestions on optimization;
5. Support ad copy writing, and optimization of materials and event pages;
6. Cooperate with BD team to make project proposals and close cases;
7. Responsible for training and motivating team members;

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering or advertising is preferred, proficient in English; 
2. At least 2 years relevant experience, familiar with the basic knowledge of programmatic/e-commerce advertising operation, including the technical logic of programmatic/e-commerce advertising, RTB bidding mode, optimization skills, etc.;
3. Operation experience on Amazon, Facebook, Google is preferred;
4. Proven leadership skills and able to work under pressure;
5. Efficient execution ability, solid presentation and communication skills, and teamwork spirit;
6. Sensitive to data, strong data analysis ability, proficient in Excel formula, PivotTable, etc.;
